So What Happens Next?

Alright, you placed your order — what now?

Well, it’s go time on our end. Once your order hits our system, we roll up our sleeves and get to work. We’re talking real humans (hi, it’s us) double-checking your items, packing them carefully, and making sure everything’s in stock and good to go. And yes, if you’re thinking “Do they move fast?” — we do. Unless you ordered after our daily cut-off, in which case your order ships the next day. Still fast, still fresh.

• Add it to our rider’s delivery route (for same-day and nearby deliveries), or
  
• Book it via a third-party courier (for anywhere else in the country).
  

Then we send you a tracking link, so you can keep tabs on your order. Honestly, tracking links can sometimes feel like detective work, but rest assured — most riders will call or text when they’re nearby or ready to deliver. So make sure your phone isn’t on Do Not Disturb when you’re expecting a drop.

When It’s Finally at Your Door

For Metro Manila same-day deliveries, we’ll usually call ahead to check if you’re around to receive it. If you’re out? No stress. Just let us know when you’re free, and we’ll try again. But please — help us help you by answering your phone.

For nationwide shipping, you’ll get a tracking link via email or SMS. We work with trusted couriers, and while most deliveries arrive within 1–3 days (depending where you are), we all know how couriers can get. If something feels off, message us. We’ll follow up on your behalf.

In short: whether it’s rain, traffic, or “Ma’am wala pong tao sa bahay,” we’ll do what we can to get it to you.

A Few Things to Remember

• Cash on Delivery? We usually ask you on the call if we need to bring change but paying exact is highly appreciated. Our riders can’t bring a bank with them, unfortunately.
